The anticipated timeframe for issuing the RFQ Answer: The RFQ has already been issued on August 5, 2026, with quotations due August 14, 2026, by 15:00 Ankara local time. 2. Whether physical uniform samples are expected to be required. Answer: Yes. Quoters are required to submit physical samples consisting of one complete suit set and one long-sleeve shirt, together with fabric swatches and available color cards, by the quotation deadline. 3. Whether a U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor Answer: Yes.
