Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement for the Fort Sill area for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a HVAC Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will be utilized by units across Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The government anticipates awarding two (2) different vendors to provide maintenance, inspection and service for HVAC cooling systems monthly and yearly. The Contractor shall furnish referenced services and supplies if and when requested by the Contracting Officer (KO) or his/her authorized representative during the period specified herein. Changes will be submitted as replacement pages for authorized individuals when requirements are identified. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to a maximum of two Contractors that meet the requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $19.5 million. Blanket Purchase Agreement award will be made considering price only. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreement is anticipated. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Call outs made against this BPA shall be authorized by individuals possessing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and who are authorized by MICC, Fort Sill. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs. The entire solicitation package is made available on www.sam.gov website. Request for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website for release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments.
