10.5.26: Government responses to questions regarding the solicitation have been posted. Please review the attached questions and answers. This requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside. Quotes will be considered only from eligible ISBEEs under the applicable NAICS code. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the Modernization of the Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) Surveillance Process and Algorithms Project. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75H70427Q00001. See attached solicitation and three additional attachments for the complete requirement, instructions, provisions, and clauses. Quotes are due ot Luci Cason at cynthia.cason@ihs.gov by 12:00 pm Eastern Time on October 8, 2026.
