Description

The U.S. Embassy Hanoi requests quotation for six (6) pickup trucks with canopies. The vehicles will be delivered to the Embassy s agency: Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) located in 53 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam. Please see below for technical specifications and delivery instructions. This is a firm-fixed price type of purchase order/contract. The Contractor shall provide quotation including all taxes, VAT (if applicable), door-to-door delivery fee to the required address, and any other anticipated charges. The quotation shall also specify the delivery schedule (including import and customs clearance time, if applicable), warranty policy and any other accessories accompanied to the item offered.
