Description

This is a request for a Firm Fixed Price quotation for commercial products. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the RFO. NORTH AMERICAN CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 1,000 Employees REQUIREMENT: This is a request for a Firm Fixed Price quotation for MIC package including the installation and training services associated with the system. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: Please see the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: Please submit a quotation which addresses the requirements identified in this request. Please ensure the following information is included with the submitted quote: Name of Company Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov Street Address, City, State, Zip code A completed copy of the SF 1449 signed (fill-in areas are highlighted in yellow) Supporting information, such as published list pricing or redacted invoices to other customers, to help the Government evaluate pricing for fairness and reasonableness. A list of assumptions and/or exceptions made in preparing the quotation. Name, Telephone Number, and Email of Person Authorized to Provide Quote DATE QUOTATION DUE: Please submit a quotation to Collin Randall, Contract Specialist, at collin.randall@nist.gov by or before 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on September 2, 2026, referencing the request number cited above. EVALUATION METHOD: The quotation received will be evaluated for its technical merits, conformance with the stated requirements, and for price reasonableness. The Government anticipates making an award without discussions and it is requested that the Contractor submit its best quotation.
