Description

The Contractor shall supply, and install new double-glazed, energy-efficient window systems to replace the existing single-pane windows within the PROPERTY. The works are intended to improve thermal insulation, acoustic performance, weather tightness, and overall energy efficiency, while maintaining or enhancing the existing architectural character of the property. The existing windows consist of aged single-glazed units, which have reached the end of their service life and exhibit deterioration including reduced thermal performance, air leakage, and general wear of frames and seals. These deficiencies contribute to increased energy consumption and reduced occupant comfort
