ENSURE YOUR COMPANY ACKNOWLEDGES THE AMENDMENT AS PART OF QUOTE SUBMISSION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number # 36C26026Q0991 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Portland VAHCS Hood Certification and Testing Services, Base Plus Four Option Years. The requirement is set-aside for SBA certified SDVOSB concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
