Description

Solicitation Notice: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Commercial Lodging BPA (FA301626R0041) Scope of Work The 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS CL) at JBSA Lackland, Texas, is soliciting quotes to establish up to six (6) decentralized, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial off-base lodging accommodations. The selected contractors will provide clean, safe, and secure single and double occupancy lodging rooms within a 15-mile driving radius of JBSA-Lackland or JBSA-Fort Sam Houston to support transient military and civilian personnel. The agreements will cover a 12-month base period with four subsequent one-year option periods. All direct-billed government reservations must be processed as tax-exempt. Key Deadlines and Submission Details: Quote Submission Deadline: All electronic quotes must be fully submitted and received no later than 12:00 PM CST on August 24, 2026. Contractor Q&A Deadline: Technical or administrative questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted using the designated Q&A spreadsheet (Attachment 05) no later than 12:00 PM CST on August 19, 2026. Points of Contact for Submission: Submissions and questions must be sent via email directly to the primary Contract Specialist, SrA Autumn Mauran (autumn.mauran@us.af.mil), the Primary Contracting Officer, Doralo Fuller (doralo.fuller@us.af.mil), and CC Contracting Officer, Thomas Farrell (thomas.farrell.5@us.af.mil). Required Submission Documents: To be eligible for evaluation, contractors must electronically submit: completed and signed SF 1449 capability statement demonstrating active SAM.gov registration and small business status under NAICS code 721110 completed pricing lists (Attachment 03) FEMA fire safety and ADA compliance documentation completed Technical Evaluation Questionnaire (Attachment 04).
