Description

This scope of work covers demolition of an existing boundary wall and construction of a new reinforced concrete and blockwork perimeter wall. Work includes erecting a temporary protective fence with razor wire before demolition begins; excavating and backfilling foundations; casting reinforced concrete footings, columns, beams, and coping; constructing 200mm blockwork walls with vertical/horizontal reinforcement; plastering and painting all surfaces; and installing new razor wire security systems along the wall's crown. The contractor must restore all disturbed landscaping, utilities, and finishes, and comply with detailed material, testing, and curing specifications for earthworks, concrete, and plaster. Safety plans and hazard analyses are required per EM 385-1-1 standards.
