DistillerSR s Smart Evidence Extraction (SEE) technology provides fully automated, AI?driven data extraction with explainable outputs, enabling complete and audit?ready form population without manual intervention. Its Agentic AI architecture combines large language models with a validated, traceable evidence base to ensure reproducible, transparent results that meet federal and regulatory expectations for auditability, including 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. DistillerSR is also the only known system offering integrated, legally compliant full-text retrieval through RightFind, eliminating the need for external procurement workflows. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The applicable NAICS code is 513210 with a $47 million size standard.
