Description

U.S. Army Contracting Command, Office of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division (ACC-APG, Natick Division), located in Natick, Massachusetts, in support of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Soldier Center, Soldier Sustainment Directorate, Engineered Systems Division (DEVCOM-SC, SSD, ESD), intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) for base periods of performance (less than one year) laid out in the attached document with potential additional extension up six-months under FAR clause 52.217-8 for comprehensive preventative maintenance coverage, support, and rectification (as necessary) for four Stratasys 3D printer systems (F900, F3300, J850, and H350) at U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center. The Government intends to award this contract to Stratasys, Inc. located at 5995 Opus Parkway Minnetonka, MN 55343-9682. The Government anticipates that the contract will be awarded on or before August 31, 2026. See the attached redacted Restricting Competition document, which is hereby incorporated into this special notice, for full details and explanation as to why competition is lacking. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. There is no solicitation document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which would be considered by the agency. Any response should demonstrate how the source can provide the requirements identified above without incurring unacceptable delays or duplicative costs to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice must be sent to ACC-APG, Natick Division via EMAIL ONLY to BOTH Edmund J. Bousaleh, Contract Specialist, edmund.j.bousaleh.civ@army.mil, and Alejandro Ayala, Contracting Officer, alejandro.ayala.civ@army.mil, no later than 1200 HRS EDT AUGUST 26, 2026. NOTICE: The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the expense of the interested source.
