Description

Amendment 0001: adds verbiage to Clause SA56 "Evaluation Factors for Award" which clarifies whether the use of subcontractor past experience and past performance will be accepted. No other changes were made via this amendment. ********** This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the MVY Air Traffic Control Tower in West Tisbury, MA, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Chart in the following attachments: J-1 MVY SOW J-5 MVY Frequency Chart This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27. Please read the entire solicitation for information regarding evaluation factors for award, site visit information, question due dates, and closing date of the solicitation. Site Visit RSVP due- 10/3/26 at 15:00 ET Site Visit date -10/6/26 8:30 ET (RSVP REQUIRED) Questions due 10/9/26 at 15:00 ET Proposals due 10/22/26 at 15:00 ET Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror." The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
