Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2), intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand-name Vocera communication badges hardware, software, and software maintenance and support. This requirement will be solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The formal RFQ is expected to be released on or around August 07, 2026, with the pre-solicitation comment period closing on August 05, 2026, allowing interested contract holders time to prepare their proposals. The RFQ will be released exclusively to GSA FSS contractors holding the applicable schedule and SIN(s). Only eligible GSA Schedule contractors will be permitted to receive the RFQ and submit quotations. Important Notice: Vendors not holding the appropriate GSA Schedule contract are ineligible to respond to this requirement. No quotes, inquiries, or requests for consideration will be accepted from non GSA Schedule contract holders. Additional Information: This notice serves as an advance announcement of the Government s intent. No RFQ is available at this time. The RFQ will be issued directly through GSA eBuy to eligible GSA Schedule contractors once released.
