Purpose The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a solicitation for a follow-on contract for the lease of two (2) prefabricated mobile structures in support of the Security Response Force Training Center (SRFTC), located approximately two miles downstream of Grand Coulee Dam near the Town of Coulee Dam, Okanogan County, Washington. This notice is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. Background The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a solicitation for a follow-on contract for the lease of two prefabricated mobile structures near Coulee Dam, Washington. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote. 3. Anticipated Scope of Work Reclamation anticipates a requirement for the lease of: - One (1) 28' x 64' (double-wide) prefabricated mobile classroom/training structure - One (1) 12' x 56' prefabricated mobile administrative office trailer The anticipated period of performance is up to five (5) years. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, permits, supervision, and transportation necessary to deliver, set up, maintain, and ultimately remove the structures in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Key requirements anticipated in the solicitation include: - Turnkey delivery with functional electrical and HVAC (electric-powered) systems - Insulated, sound-dampened interior walls - Data/telephone connectivity (minimum 1 jack per structure) - Anchor/tie-down systems and perimeter skirting - Structure-specific configurations, including a lockable climate-controlled storage room (Structure 2) and flexible classroom partitioning (Structure 1) - Ongoing maintenance and repair responsibilities for structural integrity throughout the lease term - Removal of structures within 30 days of contract expiration Delivery is preferred on or before October 1, 2026. 4. Anticipated Contract Type Firm-Fixed-Price Lease 5. Notice to Interested Parties This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No solicitation document currently exists. A solicitation is anticipated to be issued on 9/11/2026.
