This is the Q&A for Sources Sought Notice 2031ZA26N00061, DCF Mail and Packages Screening Equipment. Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) Acquisition Services has scheduled industry site visits to provide potential vendors an opportunity to view the space and better understand the operational environment and the types of packages received. The site visits will be held at the following location and dates: Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Annex Building 13th and D St. SW (enter building in middle of 13th st. block) Washington, DC 20250 The industry site visit will be held on the following dates: Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST, or Monday, October 19, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. EST Potential vendors shall respond to this sources sought notice requesting inclusion in the site visit prior to its close. Please provide the preferred date of attendance and the first and last name of your attendees. No more than 3 attendees per vendor.
