Description

SCOPE: These specifications cover the production of various mailers consisting of billing statements, inserts, return envelopes, and outgoing envelopes requiring such operations as printing, imaging, binding, construction, gathering/inserting, packing, and distribution. TITLE: Various VA Mailers (Billing Statements). FREQUENCY OF ORDERS, QUANTITY, AND NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 300 orders per year (25 orders per month): Billing Statements: Approximately 20,000 to 156,000 billing statements per order mailers per order. Approximately 80% of billing statements are one or two leaves. The remaining 20% may consist of up to 11 leaves. Inserts: Approximately 20,000 to 100,000 inserts per order. On average, inserts are produced every other month (six orders). Inserts are one leaf. NOTE: Inserts may be produced separately and require only inserting. Follow print order. Outgoing Envelopes: Approximately 20,000 to 150,000 envelopes per order. Return Envelopes: Approximately 20,000 to 150,000 envelopes per order. Two (2) Different Sized Large Outgoing Envelopes: Approximately 500-1,000 envelopes per month.
