Description

OKNG 17th SOS Long-Term Lodging The Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) is seeking multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for secure, long-term commercial lodging for 17th SOS flight training students in Oklahoma City, OK. Eligibility: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Direct award to owners/operators only (no brokers). Location: Within 10 mins of downtown OKC; ZIPs: 73102, 73103, 73104, 73105, 73106, 73111, 73114, 73116, 73118, 73120. Requirements: Private rooms/baths, full kitchens, free laundry, weekly cleaning, secure parking, and quiet environment for crew rest. See attached PWS and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for full details. Vendors must be active in SAM.gov. The Government intends to award directly to the owner, operator, or direct management entity of the lodging facility. Third-party travel brokers, booking agencies, or logistics management companies that intend to subcontract the lodging requirements (acting solely as a pass-through entity) are not eligible for award.
