This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24126Q0174 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Laboratory/Pharmacy Courier Services throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers.
