Description

The requirement is to provide the execution of a 700-drone light show and architectural mapping with immersive laser ambiance at Chellah, Rabat for the U.S. Embassy National Day celebration on June 9, 2026. These services require that the contractor furnish a 12 to 14-minute drone show, which includes the 3D creation of 8 to 10 figures based on a desired theme, a custom-designed soundtrack, and the obtainment of necessary flight authorizations. Additionally, the contractor will design, supply, install, and operate architectural mapping on the Chellah fa ade featuring four KVANT 18K projectors. This will allow the US Embassy in Morocco to host a high-profile diplomatic event on June 9, 2026 celebrating the 250th anniversary of U.S.-Moroccan friendship.
