November 19, 2021 The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP) TSA Funding of Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) Project Costs, Version 5.0 which hereby replaces Version 4.0. This document contains CBIS project and funding application eligibility. The TSA Funding Policy Memo Version 5.0, is provided in the attachments.
