Description
The Hawaii Army National Guard intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Charter Communications Holdings, LLC. 12405 Powerscourt Dr. Saint Louis MO. 63131-3673 The requirement will be sole sourced to Spectrum Reach Advertising. Spectrum Reach will provide 12 months of digital advertising for all televised Hawaii high school sports events and is the only media company that has exclusive rights to broadcasting of Hawaii high school sports events. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541890 and has a size standard of $19.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5 PM. EST, 28 August 2026 to: warren.m.sabugo.civ@army.mil . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's capability to perform the work. The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
