This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 12.201.1 Simplified Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 03-13-2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to award a fixed price contract, for Audio/Visual integration, equipment, and installation services for VISN 8 Conference Room 329A located in Tampa, FL. in accordance with the below Statement of Work (SOW) and attached Price Schedule. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 and Updated the FAC date, size standard is $25.5M Set-Aside Requirement: 100% Service-Disabled Small Business Set-aside, The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made using a comparative analysis using evaluation factors. In compliance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. SITE VISIT: A site visit is highly encouraged by not mandatory. Vendors have three (3) days after the CS/S is posted to submit a request for site visit. All requests need to be in email to colleen.houser@va.gov VENDOR QUESTIONS: During the site visit refrain from verbal questions. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted after the site visit, in writing and sent by e?mail to colleen.houser@va.gov Submitted questions must be received no later than Monday, 08/24/2026 by 12:00 PM Eastern.
