THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A COMPETITIVE REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ADVERSTISED BPA. We are not adding to the vendor pool on this BPA at this time and have no plans to re-open the BPA unless competition drops to an unacceptable level.
