Description

Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a sole source contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc., an other than small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR 13.101(b). Applicable NAICS code 811210, size standard is $34,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be accepted as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Full Service Maintenance on Dako AutoStainer Link 48 Slider Stainer Hematology. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the requirement deem only one source reasonably available. Anticipated award date is o/a 31 July 2026.
