UPDATE: 8 July 2026 Questions and Answers posted. The Department of War is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), reference number FA301626Q0123, on behalf of the 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW) Chaplain Corps for sources capable of providing non-personal services for a comprehensive, family-oriented retreat for 14-16 August 2026. Scope of Requirement: The Government requires a single, all-inclusive solution for lodging, meals, and conference facilities from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort. Specific requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and summarized below: Attendance: Up to 21 adults, 22 children, and two (2) Chaplain Corps staff members. Lodging: Twelve (12) rooms for a duration of two (2) nights. Meals: Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in a private conference room. Facilities: A conference room capable of seating all attendees for meetings and meals. Access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities. Amenities: Standard audio/visual (A/V) equipment for presentations. Furniture, including tables and seating for adults and children. Family-friendly amenities such as highchairs and changing tables.
