Description

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice (SSN) ONLY. The U.S. Government intends to replace Commercial Air Conditioning (AC) Unit replacement at the Naval Medical Forces Development Command (NMFDC), Bldg. R185, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The intent of this project is to replace four (4) existing failed AC units currently exterior wall mounted on building R185. Systems to be replaced consist of three (3) single package wall mounted units rated at three tons of cooling capacity each, and one (1) wall mounted split package unit rated at one ton of cooling capacity. Contractor shall provide AC Units equivalent to existing manufacturer.
