During the site visit vendors are to refrain from verbal questions. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted after the site visit, in writing and sent by mail to colleen.houser@va.gov no later than Tuesday, September 8, 2026; 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation is issued as a Brand Name or Equal Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 03-13-2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to award a fixed price contract, for Audio/Visual integration, equipment, and installation services for the Bay Pines VAMC Conference Room; Bay Pines, Florida; Building 22, Room 405. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 and Updated the FAC date, size standard is $25.5M Set-Aside Requirement: 100% Service-Disabled Small Business Set-aside, The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made using a comparative analysis using evaluation factors. In compliance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. SITE VISIT: A site visit is highly encouraged by not mandatory. Vendors have three (5) days after the RFQ is posted to submit a request for site visit.
