The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) intends to negotiate a sole-source short-term bridge contract under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a).
