Description
AMENDMENT 006 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs). Responses provided herein are partial; answers to all remaining RFIs will be published in a subsequent amendment. AMENDMENT 005 - The purpose of this amendment is to: a). Extend the solicitation due date from 08 September at 5:00 PM MDT to 18 September at 2:00 PM MDT. b). Provide site visit attendance lists to promote subcontracting opportunities. AMENDMENT 004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Quote due date from 24 August 2026 to 08 September 2026. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 003 - The purpose of this amendment is to add a new questions due date for round 2 of questions due on 18 August 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to offer an additional site visit on Friday August 14th at 8:00 AM MDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 001 - This amendment adds attachment 6.1.5.1, which includes the remaining pages (pages 7-30) of attachment 6.1.5. No other changes have been made to the solicitation. The United States Government has a requirement to renovate the base chapel building on Mountain Home Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Site Visit: A site visit for any interested parties will be held on August 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM (MDT) to visit the work areas and have any questions related to the technical aspects answered. This site visit is not mandatory, and all relevant questions will be recorded and posted to the solicitation after. All interested parties will need to meet at the visitor's center at 9:30 AM local (MDT) to acquire day passes if you do not have base access already. The visitor's center is located just north of the main gate, on the west side of the highway. If you stay to the right as you approach the base, you can turn into the visitor center's parking lot about 100ft before the manned gate. Attempting to enter the base without a pass will result in a lengthy delay. Vehicles with company decals/logos are not permitted to enter the main gate. Questions: Must be submitted by close of business August 7th, 2026. 2nd Round of Questions: Must be submitted by 12:00 PM MDT on August 18th, 2026. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
