RFQ 36C26226Q0763 Annual Carpet Cleaning for New Mexico VA Healthcare System Site Visit Site Visit scheduled for Tuesday, July 21 10:00am-11:00am MT. Location: New Mexico VA Healthcare System, 2401 Centre Ave., SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 Security Guards monitor facility gate entrance; at the gate push button and identify yourself and state your purpose for the visit. Bidder Questions for Clarification Q: The public notice description references RFQ #36C26223Q0371, but the solicitation document appears to identify the solicitation number as 36C26226Q0763. Could you please confirm which solicitation number should be used in the quote submission and email subject line? A: 36C26226Q0763 is the proper RFQ number. 36C26223Q0371 is an error and is the incorrect number unrelated to this RFQ. Q: Will the Government consider a quote from a subcontractor as the SDVOSB prime contractor while properly disclosing the subcontracting structure, performance roles, and compliance with VA limitations on subcontracting? A: Yes. Q: Is this a new contract? If not, who is the incumbent performing these services? A: Yes, this is a new requirement. Services were previously performed in-house. Q: Will a site visit and walk-through be scheduled for interested vendors? A: Yes, time and place will be determined, and a notice will be posted to Contract Opportunities. Q: Will the RFQ Due Date be amended to allow time for the facility walk-through? A: Yes, an extension will be posted to Contract Opportunities in the form of an Amendment. Q: Is there access to use a truck mounted cleaning system? A: No. Q: How many areas/offices are carpeted? A: Approximately 25,000 square feet is carpeted. Site visit is scheduled to confirm number of areas/offices. Q: Will we be required to move any furniture? A: Refer to Statement of Work of the solicitation, Page 6 Section 4.
