Postal Lease Equipment To provide a lease for automated mailing processing machine and one (1) mail meter to include all preventive and remedial maintenance, software upgrades, initial installation, training on location and by phone on a continuing basis, and incidentals necessary to furnish one (1) automated mail processing machine and one (1) mail meter capable of transmitting mail and private carrier cost to a management system used to track account expenditures in support of official mail dispatched for organizations assigned to Tinker AFB, OK in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
