In accordance with FAR 5.204, this post is a presolicitation notice for the US Embassy Baku Office Building Chancery. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set aside and the Government is seeking offerors who posses an Active Secret Facility Clearance Level (FCL). This announcement is not a formal Request for Quote/Proposal and the Government will not accept any questions or quote/proposal submissions. A formal RFQ/RFP is forthcoming.
