The purpose of this Amendment is to: a. Change the NAICS Code from 561320 to 621399- Office of All Other Miscellaneous Health Pratitioners. b. Extend Quote Due Date to 06/26/2026 at 12:00 pm CST. c. Remove Section 9.5 from the Performance Work Statement. d. Revise Price Schedule ro reflect the updated NAICS Code. e. Notify all Offerors that ALL PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED QUOTES PRIOR TO TODAY'S RULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND MUST BE RESUBMITTED.
