Description

The Embassy of the United States in Warsaw, Poland intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for replacement of a failing flat roof system at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR). The existing roof consists of a conventional modified bitumen membrane with known drainage, flashing, and waterproofing deficiencies that have resulted in recurring leaks and maintenance issues. The DCMR is a historic property. The Contractor shall execute all work in a manner that preserves the architectural character and visual appearance of the building and complies with all applicable local regulations.
