This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All clauses may be viewed in the entirety at www.acquisition.gov. A copy of this combined synopsis solicitation is included as a PDF attachment to this posting for your convenience. (ii) The solicitation number 140P6226Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular: 2026-01 (iv) Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238330 - Flooring Contractors, size standard: $19M (v) Line Items: CLIN 0010 - Refinishing of terrazzo flooring throughout Gateway Arch National Park visitors center and museum. Work includes (vi) The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking quotes for the refinishing of the terrazzo flooring throughout Gateway Arch National Park's visitors center and museum. The requested quote shall consist of a single line item for the total quote for refinishing the flooring in accordance with the statement of work. Key dates: Site visit: 12 August 2026 at 12:00 CDT (see below for more information) Quotes due by 27 August 2026 at 17:00 CDT (vii) Performance to occur between 1 February 2027 and 1 March 2027. Working hours will begin no earlier than 17:00 and end no later than 01:00. (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Services applies to this acquisition. All interested parties shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management or SAM at time an offer or quotation is submitted. SAM UEI to be provided with quote.
