Description

Amendment 001 is issued to Correct the "Title" name -------------- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to American Towers, LLC 116 Huntington Ave, Boston Massachusetts 02116, for a one-year renewal of its Radio Communication Site Lease in Houston Texas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. CLIN: 0001: Description: Radio Communication Site Lease; QTY: 4; UM: Quarterly CLIN: 0002: Description: Radio Communication Utility; QTY: 4; UM: Quarterly As this is not a request for competitive quotes, the Government encourages all interested parties who believe they can provide the service to contact Teresa Roshau-Delgado via email at FACN.Proposal.Submission@dea.gov by Tuesday, July 28, 2026 by 10:00AM, ET and reference number D-27-HO-0003 and submit a written response describing their ability to provide the service. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
