Missouri National Guard Yellow Ribbon Event September 2026

Description The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Lodging, Meeting Space, and Meals. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government s intent to solicit quotations directly from lodging and meeting space venues in the Kansas City Area for a schedule Yellow Ribbon event in September 2026. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov for coordinators or brokers to quote. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a presolicitation notice on the GPE according to subpart 5.1.
