Description

Artisan Consulting Engineers LLC, Chapin, Illinois (N62473-26-D-0025), TABCON Inc., Queen Creek, Arizona (N62473-26-D-0027); J. Davis Construction Management Inc., Oxnard, California (N62473-26-D-0028); Southwest Construction & Property Management, San Bruno, California (N62473-26-D-0029); and Souza Construction, Farmersville, California (N62473-26-D-0030), are awarded a combined $200,000,000 firm fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract. This contract provides for new construction, renovation, and repair of roofing projects. Work will be performed at various installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico, and is expected to complete by September 2034. The maximum dollar value, including the two (2) year base period and six (6) option periods of one (1) year, for all five (5) contracts is $200,000,000. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 for each awardee will be obligated at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
