Description
Amendment 1 (AMD1) - Revise Submission of Quote due date to 14 May @ 11:00 AM EDT. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - HE125426QE044Description.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: HE125426QE044 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 485410.Please review all attachments to this combined solicitation carefully. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure for the base year, four (4) option years and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, are attached as well as a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and the dates and delivery and acceptance.Communication. The Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist are the sole points of contact for this acquisition. The points of contact regarding this acquisition are:Contracting Officer: Dustin Fazzini, dustin.fazzini@DoDEA.eduContract Specialist: David Infante, david.infante@DoDEA.eduCommunications with any other officials may compromise the integrity of this acquisition and result in cancellation of the requirement. Required immediate submission of Attachment 7, Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Vendor must send an email with the completed Attachment 7 Non-Disclosure Agreement to the Contracting Officer AND Contract Specialist to receive Attachment 7 (a) Route List, and Attachment 7(b), Commuting Area Zone information/Map. Since these attachments are restricted only to Vendors submitting a completed Attachment 7, failure to do so will result in a Vendor not being eligible for award.The Vendor must submit the completed Attachment 7 Non-Disclosure Agreement as soon as possible, but NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m. EDT, 23 April 2026. The subject of the e-mail shall be HE125426QE044, Attachment 7 Submittal. Please provide the companys name and point of contact to include name, title, address, e-mail, phone number, companys Unique Entity Identifier/ID, and NATO Cage Code in the body of the email.After submitting the completed Attachment 7, the Government will provide the Vendor with Attachment 7(a) Route List, and Attachment 7(b), Commuting Area Zone information/Map., via email.Submission of Questions. Vendors shall submit questions concerning this solicitation, electronically, NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m. EDT, 28 April 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be considered for a response. Submission of Quote.The vendor must send their quote via e-mail to Mr. David Infante (david.infante@dodea.edu) and Mr. Dustin Fazzini (dustin.fazzini@dodea.edu) with their attached quote. The subject of the e-mail shall be Quote for HE125426QE044. Offers must be submitted via email no later than 11:00 a.m. EDT on 04 May 2026 in response to this solicitation. Vendors must ensure that the signed and dated quote and all attachments are virus-free, legible, and are received at Mr. David Infante and Mr. Dustin Fazzinis e-mail addresses no later than the solicitation closing date and time. Emails over 10 MB will be rejected by DoDEAs network. If the electronic copy cannot be opened, the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer will notify the Vendor, and a replacement electronic copy shall be provided by the Vendor within one (1) working day after notification.Documents shall be submitted in separate pdf or Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) format by e-mail on or before the closing date and time stated in in this combined synopsis/solicitation.
