Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing flooring and install new resilient flooring and base in occupied healthcare facilities with minimal disruption, improving durability, infection control, safety, and maintainability. Work shall comply with FAR, VAAR, VA, ICRA standards, and SCVAHCS requirements. Contractor shall field-verify all quantities and conditions prior to installation; any discrepancies must be reported to the COR immediately. No substitutions for specified products without CO approval.
