(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 145022-26-0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for twenty-two (22) 81000RE R.M. Young Brand 3 Axis Ultrasonic Anemometers, twenty-two (22) 36 foot data cables, with tariff, and shipping to measure horizontal and vertical wind speed, direction, and variability to determine the flow of the atmosphere and atmospheric stability for emergency response plume modeling. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334519. The small business size standard is 600. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable brand name firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING: SUPPLY - CLIN 1001 - Twenty-two (22) 81000RE R.M. Young Brand 3 Axis Ultrasonic Anemometers, twenty-two (22) 36 foot data cables, with tariff, and shipping to measure horizontal and vertical wind speed, direction, and variability to determine the flow of the atmosphere and atmospheric stability for emergency response plume modeling. All offered products must meet the requirements of Buy American-Supplies to be considered. Provide verification of the country of manufacture for offered products. (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102). INVOICES TO BE BILLED MONTHLY IN ARREARS VIA IPP. PROVIDE MONTHLY AND ANNUAL PRICING FOR EACH BASE AND OPTION YEAR. QUOTE PRICING MAY BE PROVIDED ON ATTACHED SF18 FORM OR ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD.
