Marine Corps Air Station New River Innovation & Readiness has a requirement for custom programming services aboard MCAS New River, NC. Basis for Award will be best value, using technical capability, betterment, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) technical capability, (2) betterment, (3) past performance, (4) price. Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements.
