Description

AMENDMENT #3 to this solicitation includes the following revisions: Posts questions and answers from the site visits, adds TE-11 JBLM HISTORICAL APPLIANCE DATA 1 APR 2024 THRU 31 MAR 2025 and TE-12 JBLM EMH Appliance Inventory 20250924, updates the PWS in response to the questions and answers, adds NAICS codes to CLINS and modifies description text to remove the reference to Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO). AMENDMENT #2 to this solicitation includes the following revisions: Any questions regarding the solicitation, its attachments, or from the site visit / alternate site visit shall be submitted to the Contracting Specialist no later than Friday, 5 December 2025, 3:00PM PDT. AMENDMENT #1 to this solicitation includes the following revisions: 1. Extends the due date for submission of proposals. Please see date and time specified in this amended solicitation. Offerors who submitted proposals previously need to submit new proposals incorporating all Amendments. 2. Adds DFARS Clauses 252.237-7023 Continuation of Essential Contractor Services and 252.237-7024 Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services. 3. Gives an alternate site visit date and time for interested parties who where not able to attend the first site visit on 23 September 2025. This is a non-personal services contract to provide periodic appliance maintenance and repair on installed appliances and as required accomplish installation, connection, and disconnection of appliances. The Contractor will not be responsible for drayage or replacement of appliances. The Contractor shall also perform dryer duct and vent system maintenance and cleaning as part of the requirement of this contract. These services are provided in support Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation (including fuel and travel time), tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).
