Description

Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver 5,000 tons of lime rock base, meeting IAW current FDOT Standard, Section 911 (Base and Stabilized Base Materials) Standard Specs, for Road and Bridges Construction. The Government will maintain the stockpiles and will be available at stockpile site to sign delivery tickets.
