Description

This is a preliminary notice and not a request for quote, proposal, nor bid and the government is not accepting quotes, proposals, nor bids in response to this notice. Any contractor information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government is not obligated to buy anything, pay for your response, or explain changes. The purpose of this preliminary notice is to inform industry that the Bureau of Indian Education has determined the necessity for a contractor to deliver Education Technology Support services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 611710 - Educational Support Services with a size standard of $24.0-in millions of dollars. Prospective Contractors are responsible for checking the SAM Contract Opportunities website for any updates. Prospective Contractors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration to be considered under a competitive solicitation. If the agency decides to move forward, a formal solicitation will be posted later. Request for Information. This notice is intended to share early project details with industry, identify ambiguous technical requirements, and refine the requirement. Contractors are encouraged to review the draft statement of objectives and submit clarifying questions. The government will not provide feedback or answers to questions received. Furthermore, the notice serves as a sources sought, which will aid the Government in deciding whether to release the solicitation as a set-aside or on an unrestricted basis. Information Requested: (1) Business Name (2) SAM UEI & Cage Code Numbers Set asides are being considered and prospective contractors are encouraged to identify business information in regard to business size, in their response. (3) Business Size: o Large Business o Small Business small business subcategory eligibility. (EDWOSD, WOSD, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.) (4) Buy Indian Act eligibility. o Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise o Indian Economic Enterprise (Large Business) "Indian" means an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe of the United States, Native American / Alaska Native. (5) Questions related to the draft SOO are encouraged to be submitted. Feedback and questions should be presented in a neutral manner and concentrate exclusively on the content of the SOO, with an emphasis on enhancing clarity and eliminating any ambiguous or contradictory language.
