The anticipated period of performance is from 07/15/2026 to 07/14/2028. See attached Statement of Work Authority This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Source Reasonably Available. Sole Source Rationale GWU is uniquely qualified to perform this requirement due to its specialized epidemiology expertise, multidisciplinary research infrastructure, and proximity to NIH. The proposed support includes advanced chronic disease modeling, study design, linkage of claims and clinical datasets, and sophisticated statistical methodologies that are not reasonably available from another source within the required timeframe. Response to this Notice This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested organizations that believe they can satisfy the Government's requirement shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required services. Responses must be received no later than ten (10) calendar days after publication of this notice on SAM.gov. Responses will be evaluated solely to determine whether competition is feasible.
