POC: Terry Anderson Contracting Officer Other than full and open set-a-side NAICS Code: 541810 Advertising Agencies Size Standard: $25M PSC: R701 Support-Management : Advertising This is a Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Air & Space Association for the provision of ADVERTISING PARTNERSHIP for the upcoming Cyber Patriot Event, on or about 21 September 2026 The advertising campaign is specifically designed to target the localized recruiting demographics at the Cyber Patriot Event during academic school year 2026 - 2027. Services required include, but are not limited to: Print recognition in AFA s annual report. Logo recognition on the Cyber Patriot website, promotional materials, and National Finals Ability to participate in the virtual Industry Partner recruitment event reaching Cyber Patriot participants nation wide. Full-page ad in the Cyber Patriot National finals program. Kansas Air National Guard Recruiting has a requirement to target highly engaged, localized, and collegiate & high school-aged demographics (e.g.,ages 18-30) within the state of Kansas. To achieve this, the agency requires direct integration into the high school age applicants that are interested in the IT area of work. The agency's requirement is to target the specific, highly localized audience through their skills and activities makes competing this requirement is legally and logistically impossible. Air & Space Association holds exclusive, legally binding multimedia rights (MMR) agreements with all advertising and communications for the upcoming Cyber Patriot Event.
