The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance of Beckman Coulter Flow Cytometer at the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston SC. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work, and the Service Contract Labor Standards, Wage Determination No. 2015-4427, Date of Last Revision 05/13/2026. The estimated period of performance is September 1, 2026 August 31, 2027. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Best Value Trade-Off. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor s quote. This RFQ is Unrestricted.
