Description

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City through the Facility Management Office (FAC), requires a vendor that can supply a complete modular scaffolding system to support preventive maintenance (PM) activities at the Cooling Tower Area on the New Embassy Compound Facilities located at Mexico City. The system shall provide safe access for maintenance personnel and shall be suitable for exterior mechanical equipment areas. The Government is not requiring an specific brand, manufacturer or proprietary system. Any proposed product shall meet or exceed the minimum technical, safety, dimensional and documentation requirements. All components must be brand new and in serviceable condition, free from defects, corrosion, deformation, cracks, missing parts, or damage that could affect safe use. Full specifications, technical and delivery requirements are be provided in the RFQ File. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
