**Update as of FRI 26JUNE2026 - two documents have been uploaded to this solicitation. Document 1 is the Q&A (Questions and Answers_Customer Satisfaction) and Document two (2) i the revised Statement of Work (Web Survey SOW_Revised). Cloud services must maintain a FedRamp authorization. This requirement is to procure customer satisfaction data collection and anaylsis services for the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). Please see the Statement of Work for futher descriptions.
